The new Gallery – Piwigo

The new Gallery – Piwigo

ear reader, A few weeks ago I migrated my whole gallery, which holds pictures back from 2000 until today. These are more than 180’000 Images, and 830GB just for JPG/Movies! I used to have Gallery3, as I’m self hosting everything. As Gallery3 did get abandoned some time ago, I was looking around once in a while. I looked at Lychee, had a go with PiWiGo, but my most important feature was to sync with a local directory. I have organised…

I bought Davinci Reolve Studio

I bought Davinci Reolve Studio

Hello Again, Today I would like to give you an update on Davinci Resolve Studio. I started using Davinci Resolve for about a year now. I used it on my MacBook Pro (offered by Cisco), and my home PC/Workstation. I’ve seen some lag depending on the type of footage I’ve used, especially a lot when I was speeding up the footage. I checked the CPU/GPU usage on my workstation, and it was not massive, but I was to believe that…

New propellers for the Mavic Air

New propellers for the Mavic Air

Last week I’ve checked out the YouTube videos on the new Master Airscrew low noise propellers for the Mavic Air. Most of them confirmed that it actually worked! I took packed my Mavic Air, and my phone, some water and food, and headed for the bus towards Pr√§tschli. I headed straight for the…

Winter sunrise over Effretikon

Winter sunrise over Effretikon

Im was about to start working when I started to see a nice glow on the sky, where the freshly snowed scenery was light by. So I grabbed my Mavic Air, and went outside into the ice-cold. After flying around for almost 20min, my fingers started to freeze up! But it was worth every minute. The forest painted in an orange/blue cast, just gorgeous.
